A single standard unit for a weekend event and a bank of units serviced weekly on a six-month build are priced very differently. The common starting point used in event planning is one unit per 50 guests for a four-hour event. Adjust upward for longer events and when alcohol is served, since bar service raises usage noticeably. Peak timing matters too — usage clusters at intermissions and finishes rather than spreading evenly. Tell us guest count, run time and whether there is a bar, and we will size it with you.

Rentals run from a single-day event through multi-month construction projects. Short event rentals and long-term site rentals are scheduled and serviced differently, so let us know which you need when you call.

Weekly service is the common baseline for a unit used by up to about ten people a day. Higher headcount, public access and hot weather all point toward more frequent servicing. A standard service visit involves pumping the tank, rinsing and sanitizing the interior, and restocking consumables.

A rental normally covers delivery and placement, scheduled servicing for the rental period, consumables such as paper and sanitizer, and pickup at the end. Exactly what is included in your quote — and what counts as an extra, such as additional service visits or relocations — is confirmed in writing before anything is scheduled.

Yes. Delivery, placement, servicing and removal are all handled by us. You need to make sure a truck can reach the placement spot on the delivery date and on each service visit.

As soon as your date and site are confirmed. Spring and fall weekends are the busiest period for event rentals regionally, and accessible units and restroom trailers are usually the first to book out. Job-site rentals are generally easier to arrange at shorter notice than weekend events.

Yes, and on most sites you are required to provide facilities. OSHA's construction sanitation standard, 29 CFR 1926.51, requires toilet facilities on site with the number scaling to crew size. We deliver, service on a schedule, and relocate units as the work moves across the site.

Yes. Deluxe units and restroom trailers are the usual choices for weddings because they offer interior sinks, mirrors and lighting. Yes. ADA accessible units have ground-level entry, a wide door, interior grab bars and room to turn a wheelchair. Events open to the public generally require them under the ADA Standards for Accessible Design, and permit reviewers commonly check. A widely used planning figure is one accessible unit per twenty standard units, minimum one — but your permit sets the binding number.

Yes. Portable handwashing stations carry their own fresh water and are usually foot-pump operated. If food is served, handled or prepared at your event you will generally need them — temporary food event requirements vary by county in North Carolina, so confirm with your local health department during permitting.

Firm, reasonably level ground and a clear path wide enough to bring the unit in. The service truck needs to get close enough to work on the unit, both at delivery and at every service visit. Restroom trailers need more: a level pad, room to tow and position, and a power supply.
