Short-term rentals: events and parties

For a party, wedding or one-day event, the unit is usually delivered shortly before the day and picked up shortly after. It arrives clean and stocked, and for most short events it doesn't need servicing in between.

Multi-day events are different. A weekend festival or a three-day tournament usually needs service between days so the units are fresh each morning.

Long-term rentals: job sites and projects

For construction, remodels and other long projects, the unit stays on site and is serviced on a regular schedule, weekly for most small crews. You're paying for the unit plus that ongoing cleaning.

How a long rental is billed varies, so ask how your quote is structured.

Rentals in between

A week-long remodel with the plumbing shut off, a month-long festival season or a summer camp all sit between the two. Tell us the real dates and we'll suggest a cleaning schedule that makes sense.

Extending or shortening a rental

Jobs run over. Events get extended. If you need the units longer, call before the scheduled pickup so they aren't collected while you still need them. If a job finishes early, let us know and we'll arrange pickup.

The same goes for adding units or service visits mid-rental. The sooner we know, the easier it is to schedule.

A few examples

• ✓A Saturday birthday party: delivered on Friday or Saturday morning, picked up after the weekend. No servicing needed.
• ✓A two-day festival: delivered before setup, serviced overnight between days, picked up after teardown.
• ✓A kitchen and bathroom remodel: one unit in the driveway for as long as the plumbing is out, serviced weekly.
• ✓A new-home build: units on site from the first site work to final cleanup, serviced weekly and moved as the build progresses.

What to tell us

When you call, give us your best guess at the start and end dates, and say if the end date might move. For job sites, tell us roughly how big the crew will be at its busiest. That's enough for us to suggest the right cleaning schedule and quote it.

At the end of the rental

Pickup is simple as long as the truck can get to the units. On a job site, that means keeping a path clear through the last weeks of work. After an event, it means making sure tents, trailers and cars aren't blocking the spot.
