Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to information you give us through this website. It covers the website only. It does not cover a conversation you have with us by phone, which is an ordinary business call.

The quote request form is the only place on this site where you can send us information. It asks for your name, email address and phone number, the type of unit you want, the delivery address or site name, your start and end dates, how many units or people you expect, whether alcohol will be served, and any notes you choose to add.

Only your name, email and phone are required. Everything else exists because it makes the quote more accurate, and you can leave it blank.

We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site, and there is nowhere on it to enter them.

To answer your request. We use what you send to work out what you need, prepare a quote, and get back to you by phone or email.

That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

This site runs no analytics and no advertising or tracking pixels. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, and no third-party measurement script of any kind.

If you never sign in to the staff area, this site sets no cookies on your device. The only cookies it can issue are a sign-in session and its security token, and those are only ever issued to staff who sign in.

Choosing light or dark mode saves that one preference in your own browser's local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

This website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, which processes the ordinary technical records any web host keeps in order to serve pages.

When you submit a quote request it is delivered to us through whichever delivery route we have configured — an email service or a form-handling endpoint. That route handles the contents of your request in order to pass it to us.

We are not naming a specific provider in this document, because listing one that later changes would make this page inaccurate. If you want to know exactly who handles your request today, call (855) 204-2262 and we will tell you.

Requests to this site are served over an encrypted connection. Submissions are checked and size-limited on our server before anything is accepted, and repeated automated submissions from the same source are throttled.

That throttling does not keep your IP address. It stores a one-way, salted hash of it, which is enough to count attempts and cannot be turned back into an address.

No system is perfectly secure, and we are not going to claim otherwise.

We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to respond to you, to carry out any rental that follows, and to keep ordinary business records afterwards.

We have not set a fixed period in this document, because stating one we do not actually follow would be misleading. If you want your request deleted, ask us and we will do it, unless we are required to keep it.

The simplest way to share nothing through this site is to phone us instead of using the form.

Where a page links to an outside resource — a county or municipal authority for permit information, for example — that site has its own privacy policy and we do not control it.

This is a service for people arranging rentals. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, call (855) 204-2262 and we will remove it.
