The site is here to help you understand what we rent and to start a conversation about a job. Nothing on it is a contract.

Submitting the quote request form does not book anything, reserve a unit, or create a rental agreement. It sends us your details so we can get back to you.

A rental exists only once we have confirmed it with you directly and agreed what is being delivered, where, when and on what terms. Until that happens, assume nothing is held for you.

We may be unable to take a job — because of the date, the site, availability or anything else — and we are not obliged to accept a request.

Please give accurate details. Quotes, unit counts and delivery arrangements are built on what you tell us, so a wrong address, an unrealistic headcount or an unmentioned access problem will produce a quote that does not survive contact with the actual site.

If something changes after you send a request, tell us.

We describe our units and services as accurately as we can. Specifications, fittings and availability can vary between individual units and can change, so the descriptions here are a guide rather than a guarantee about a specific unit on a specific date.

The planning figures on this site — unit counts by guest number, servicing intervals, accessibility requirements — are general guidance drawn from common industry practice and published standards. Your permit conditions and your own site are what actually bind you, and they take precedence over anything here.

This site does not publish prices, and nothing on it is a price quotation. Availability and cost are confirmed with you directly for your specific dates, location and requirements.

Any figure we give you verbally or in writing is based on the information available at that point and may change if what is needed changes.

Please do not use this site to send unlawful, abusive or deliberately false content, to submit automated or bulk requests, to attempt to gain access to parts of the site that are not public, or to interfere with its operation for other people.

We may decline to act on a request, or restrict access, where any of that happens.

The text, photographs, graphics and layout of this site belong to us or are used with permission. You are welcome to read, print and share pages for your own use in planning a rental.

Please do not republish our content as your own, or use our photographs elsewhere, without asking first.

Where we link to an outside resource, such as a county or municipal permit authority, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or availability.

This site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every detail is current at the moment you read it.

Nothing on this site is legal advice or a compliance determination. Where accessibility requirements, permit conditions or health and safety rules apply to your event or site, the issuing authority decides what you need, not this website.
